Insert AAA batteries into the remote. Batteries not included.
Plug the projector into a power outlet. The power cord is short, so it is recommended to bring a 10m+ extension lead.
Ensure there are no tripping hazards caused by cables. Tape them securely to the floor where necessary.
Position the projector on a reasonably flat surface. Do not exceed a 15° angle, as this may affect picture quality.
Turn on the projector using the remote, pointing it toward the projector. Allow a few moments for startup. Do not stare directly into the projector bulb.
Connect to Wi-Fi:Settings > Wi-Fi > Select your network
Update the firmware:Settings > About Device > Local Upgrade / Online Upgrade
To download additional apps, use the Google Play Store. A Google account login is required.
If you’ve logged into the Play Store and app is not working correctly, clear the cache:Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Clear Cache
Amazon Prime Video: You may be required to complete the login process using your mobile device.

TVNZ+, ThreeNow, Apple TV, Spotify, Neon and many other streaming services can be downloaded through the Google Play Store.
A Google account is required to access the Play Store. If you do not already have one, it is recommended that you create your account using a computer or mobile device before setup.

Screen Casting
You can mirror content directly from iOS and Android devices.
Android Devices
Ensure both the projector and your Android device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Select My Apps from the projector’s main menu.
Open the Screencast app.
Select Miracast and press Start.
Open your Android device’s screen casting function.
Select HY350MAX and connect.
Note: You do not need to download the Transcreen app to mirror your device.
iPhone, iPad & Mac
Ensure both the projector and your Apple device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Open Control Center and select Screen Mirroring.
Select HY350MAX.
Once connected, your device screen will be displayed through the projector.

Chromecast
You can Chromecast content to the HY350MAX using a Chromecast device connected via HDMI. Ensure both the Chromecast and your mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network before casting.
Troubleshooting Tips
Apps won’t download?
Clear the Google Play Store cache.
Apps won’t open?
Clear the app cache and ensure the projector firmware is up to date.
Can’t screen mirror?
Confirm both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Poor image quality?
Reposition the projector and ensure it is not tilted more than 15°.
Remote not working?
Check the AAA batteries are installed correctly and point the remote directly at the projector.
No power?
Confirm the power adapter is securely connected and the outlet is switched on.
